This interval workout will raise the heart rate and torch fat! You will need a mat to workout on and some water. There is some jumping in this workout but I do offer low impact modifications if you need that. I am not wearing shoes for this workout but you can if you feel you may need added support for the jumps. :)

This is a targeted upper body workout using only your body weight and the mat. This is an intense intermediate / advanced routine so watch your form and stay safe!
