Total Body 2


This is an intermediate total body target! This is not for the beginner because it does require quite a bit of balance within compound moves. You will need a set of light weights, water and a mat to workout on.

Knee Dancing Target


This is an all knee (quad) dancing target accompanied by Run DMC and Jason Nevins. Suzanne gives modifications for knee dancing with Parallel. You must be warm. You will need a mat or something sturdy to hold onto.

Table Top Balance


Using Foldover on the Floor, we’ll quickly work opposite arm and leg to build balance in the posterior chain. There is no warm up for this workout.
