Total Body Fusion


This Total Body Fusion Workout requires hand weights (heavier if you have them), a mat, and water. The emphasis is on the backside of the body but we also hit biceps, inner thighs, and shoulders. I am using 10s, 8s, and 5s. Beginners use very light weights to get the form first. Have fun with these basic moves!
