Here are some behind the scenes photos from the set of BarreAmped Fire Extreme Sculpt.
Lori, shown above with me, is a BarreAmped Certified Instructor and Teacher Trainer and has been my tech for multiple shoots now! A tech is someone who has all the choreography in hand and counts behind the cameras so I can teach and make sure I am on the right number. A tech is hugely important on a shoot! And Lori is amazing. She is also a creative and reliable force for all things BarreAmped.
You should all know who this is by now, but if you don’t this is my amazing hair and makeup artist Marz!
Getting touch ups on set all day so I look put together and professional. If you want to see a more “real” version of me, all you have to do is log in to SBF. Marz is still on many of those shoots, but I often do my own makeup and hair- and it shows. We have a slogan around SBF that goes, “All you need is Marz!” (She is THE BEST and a dear friend).
We had such an amazing crew for this shoot! Thank you to Marz, Lori, Konrad, John, Bethany and of course Levi!
*Note, when I film my streaming workouts, Levi is my camera, sound, and lights guy AND my tech. Have I said how awesome he is? Oh, and he also edits, uploads, and manages all videos. We self produce our titles because he is amazing
These shoots would not be seamless without Bethany, who is the SBF Creative Manager, SBF photographer, and Jack of all Trades on these shoots. Bethany runs a camera and handles anything and everything when I freak out. Because those times do happen. There is always so much pressure on these shoots (as their are time limits and huge expenses and the need to get things right). We wouldn’t be able to succeed without her! She is always calm, positive, and realistic about things. I believe we all need a Bethany, too!
The funniest part of this shoot was, for some reason, my legs kept cramping! Hahaha! Typically some himalayan sea salt will help with muscle cramping, but not this time. I guess that’s what happens when you work out all day long for multiple days in a row. It was worth it though! This is my favorite DVD yet.
