As we prepare to move into our Holiday Challenge, beginning on December 5th, I wanted to create a one week challenge that kicked off the Christmas season with high intensity and energizing workouts! Throughout the next week I want you to reflect on all you are grateful for and what an amazing Thanksgiving you had with family and friends. Don’t forget the practice and perspective of having a grateful heart as we move into the season of giving. I will be sharing more with you on that as we move into the Holiday Challenge!
Below is your schedule for the Holiday HIIT week! If you are feeling too sore on Saturday to do the lower body then I want you to do interval walking or bouncing for 20-30 minutes.
