Only a few more days until we kick off the Shake In the Summer 6 Week Challenge! I am so excited to offer an Advanced and Beginner plan for this challenge. I want to note that if you have been following the Advanced plans it is very important to listen to your body and rest or swap your workout out with a 30 minute walk if you are feeling too sore. This is an intense plan, so I want to ensure that you are recovering properly for best results!
Both of these plans will be live in the SBF Member’s Area beginning Monday, May 11. To start this challenge, you will simply log into your account and click on “Shake In the Summer Beginner” OR “Shake In the Summer Advanced” and your workouts for each day will automatically show up. You can also print the calendars for these plans from the links below!
