I am excited to announce that I will be guest teaching at the beautiful Otium 30A Studio of Inlet Beach, Florida, for the next three weeks. I have teamed up with this studio which teaches BarreAmped to lead and film these classes and I invite you to sign up!
I have done this a few times in Nashville, TN, and it’s always such a hit. You don’t have to be camera shy! You won’t even notice the cameras. (Neither will I!). You do need to be okay with being filmed but don’t think about it. These videos are being made for a new section of my members area, not YouTube or anything “public”.
