BarreAmped Bounce Int-Adv, 21m

Barre with Bounce Intervals on JumpSport Trampoline with handle bar. We do pull back from barre in this one, so unless you have JS, I recommend modifying since I don't know the strength of other barres! Have Fun! (Focus more lower body; features modifications)....
