This 10 minute barre stretch workout is presented by Lori Winter, the Certification Director for my Barre Instructor Training method BarreAmped®. It’s similar to what you would experience in a studio BarreAmped® class. Breathe deeply and connect to your body in this de-stressing stretch segment.
This plan is to help me slowly get in shape while conditioning my heart. Every two weeks I will add ten minutes to the workout.
