I describe a deep breathing technique most easily done on the back. This is a very casual target that is going to be built on in future, stress-relieving workouts and stretches! All you need is a mat or carpet.
All Levels benefit from this short hip opener active stretch target which will help create mobility over time with practice. Start with your tighter hip. (No warmup so do this after a workout or after a walk/shower but have a mat or soft surface).
