BarreAmped Stretch


This 10 minute barre stretch workout is presented by Lori Winter, the Certification Director for my Barre Instructor Training method BarreAmped®. It’s similar to what you would experience in a studio BarreAmped® class. Breathe deeply and connect to your body in this de-stressing stretch segment.

Lower Body Stretch-Target


Make sure you’re warm with support for helping keep your alignment in this lower body stretch. You will also need something under your knees here. Feel the difference! Stretching is my favorite.
