This Workout is focusing on middle/posterior shoulders, triceps, and middle back mobility using light weights only. I LOVE it! But I cannot believe I used Bare Minerals on my face bc that NEVER works. haha! you have permission to laugh at me! I certainly am laughing. #makeupfail
