Upper Body 3


This workout is focused on the upper body using light weights and the mind body connection. This workout is very high reps so listen to your body and modify if needed. If you start to feel your neck or feel like you are losing form drop off your weights or drop down to a lighter set. You will need a mat and hand weights for this workout.
