This total body target workout is done completely on the mat and is a little more advanced so listen to your form and if you feel yourself straining drop down and listen for my modifications. You will need a mat to workout on.

This is a heavier upper body classic routine done by Jess on the JumpSport Fitness Trampoline. (Though this one can be done on any trampoline). It could be done on the floor but you will need to walk/dance/do light cardio between the sets. Have Fun and Smile!
