This is an advanced barre workout and is a faster pace. It is very freestyle with little set up. You will need a mat, weights and your SBF Ball. If you don't have a ball don't worry about it as we only use it a couple times for extra fire....
This is a lower body target that is intermediate. You will need your SBF ball and something to hold onto. If you do not have a ball you can substitute with a towel. There is some set up but this is a quicker pace....
