I created these BarreAmped DVD Workout Plans to utilize all of the BarreAmped DVDs that are included in the complete box set. Each day will use a different DVD so you don’t have to take the disc out to switch workouts in the same day. I recommend that every exerciser works at their own level whether it is beginner or advanced and listen to your body. There is freedom within the schedule so feel free to use this as a guideline and add or take away as you please. You will need water, a light set of hand weights or two different sizes (for example 2’s and 5’s), a mat, and something sturdy to hold onto.
