Most of you know of my amazing hair and makeup artist, Marz Collins, but what you may not know is she is a killer cook! At one of our recent shoots she whipped us up one of her famous (and family) recipes – Cilantro Lime ChickenĀ and it was out of this world! This recipe is so healthy, easy and flavorful! Not to mention, this is Trim Healthy Mama approved!

YOU WILL NEED:
Juice from 2 – 3 limes
1 lb of chicken breast sliced or 1 lb of chicken tenderloins
4-6 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbs cilantro, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp olive oil or ghee to coat the pan
Gather all of your fresh ingredients.
Cut any extra fat off the chicken then put in large bowl or dish.
Mince the garlic and chop the cilantro.
This is such a fun and easy recipe to make with friends or your family!
Juice the limes and pour over the chicken.
Add a splash of oil to the chicken and then add the garlic and cilantro to the chicken and mix together so the chicken is coated.
Pour entire contents of bowl into warm pan and cook over medium high heat until the chicken is done.
Serve with a side salad or some brown rice or roasted veggies.
