Month 2 Schedules | New Year’s Challenge

The New Year’s Challenge is off to an amazing start! I can’t believe we are already wrapping up month 1. As we move into the month 2 you will notice that we are kicking it up a little!

There is a beginner and advanced option so you can choose according to your fitness level. If you notice that the workout includes a piece of equipment you don’t have you may simply trade it out for a different workout targeting the same area. For example, if the workout is “Old School Fusion Arms on Ball” you can switch it out for “Upper Body” or an arm workout of your choice.

The month 2 Advanced calendar has more cardio and intervals added in to shake it up! You will notice on a couple of the days there is “30 Min Cardio”. You will notice that there are cardio suggestions on the bottom of the calendars that include: walking or jogging intervals, biking, elliptical or treadmill walking or rebounding.

Let’s push ourselves this month!
