Throughout this challenge you will receive weekly inspiration in the form of short videos, blog posts, and guest interviews by experts that will help us declutter and challenge our mindsets. The Six Week Challenge Workout Plan will average 30 minutes per day with the muscle focus listed on the printable calendar so that they can easily be switched out if you want to do a different video. There will also be a great prize package at the end of the challenge that includes an SBF Barre, DVD pack and SBF Revolution Tank. To enter to WIN the grand prize package you just need to post workout check ins (can be pictures or status updates), inspirational quotes, encouragement, recipes etc and use #sbfrevolution.
