With summertime activities and busy schedules coming up, I am always looking for fun new ways to incorporat nutrient dense foods into my children’s diet that are simple and refreshing. We recently did an activity together where they made their own Super Antioxidant Berry Lemonade Popsicles. These turned out to be a total hit so I had to share with all of you!
What you will need:
-Cleansing and Calorie-Free Lemonade –> RECIPE HERE
-Frozen Mixed Berries
-Popsicle Molds (we found ours at Publix)
Start off by filling the popsicle molds about 1/4 of the way full with frozen berries.
Then fill the popsicle molds the rest of the way with the Cleansing and Calorie-Free Lemonade. Put the lids over each popsicle and place in the freezer for approximately 4 hours or until frozen. This is the part that my son had the hardest time with…waiting!:)
Take out when completely frozen and ENJOY!
