Work your upper body on the unstable surface of the trampoline mat by using light hand weights. If you feel unstable, you can do the workout on the floor.

Advanced Upper Body Core

This is an advanced upper body core target workout. If you are challenged in planks you may need to stop and start as you go through this as it is fast paced and advanced. All you will need for this workout is a mat.
