This workout is for the upper body. You will need a light set of hand weights and a mat to stretch on at the end. This is an intermediate workout that will have you shaking and burning!
Active Stretch
This is an active stretch target. This is an advanced level, intense routine so don't expect a relaxation stretch. :) I will give you modifications, but it does require balance. You will need a mat to workout on. Have fun!
