Here is a quick warmup you can do to prepare for other segments as well as TTT workouts. x

TTT Cardio Torch

Cardio portion of the Tighten, Tone, and Torch DVD. There is a short and light warmup so make sure you move lightly to start if this is your first or only workout of the day. You'll need a mat if you add the Abs Bonus at the end. Also, have water! Prepare to see me struggle!
