Countertop Upper Body


This is a great upper body target that you can do without having to go to the floor and do mat work. This is a great target if you experience any wrist pain while doing pushups or planks. You can do these exercises on the mat if you are ready, but I will be showing them on the barre. You can also use a countertop or wall that will support you.

Quick Plank


This is a quick, mat-plank workout for upper body and core. It's intermediate/advanced with beginner modifications. You only need a mat. :) xx
