Barre 3
This quick lower body barre workout will kill the legs! This is a fast paced workout so listen for my cues and modifications and let's shake! You will need something to hold onto for balance.
Thighs
This is a thigh work target straight out of a BarreAmped class! This is classic barre work and will give you a taste of what a BarreAmped class would feel like. :) Shake to change! #barreamped
Foldover Target
This is a quick seat target using the Foldover. It's intermediate without much set up so you really listen to my cues. Make sure you're warm and you'll need something for balance! xo
