This is an intermediate lower body barre workout. I do offer quite a bit of set up in this workout so even if you are just beginning this is a great workout for you! All you will need is something to hold onto for balance. Let's shake to change!

This target workout is for the inner thighs. There is no warm up before this target so make sure you are warm before beginning. You will need a mat and a hand weight for added resistance if you would like to make it more challenging.
