Cardio portion of the Tighten, Tone, and Torch DVD. There is a short and light warmup so make sure you move lightly to start if this is your first or only workout of the day. You'll need a mat if you add the Abs Bonus at the end. Also, have water! Prepare to see me struggle!

BarreAmped Lower Body

This 11 minute lower body barre workout is presented by Lori Winter, the Certification Director for my Barre Instructor Training method BarreAmped®. It’s similar to what you would experience in a studio BarreAmped® class. You’ll need a mat, ball, and something to hold onto. Includes a warm-up and stretch.
