Introduction

Over the next 6 weeks, we will focus on feel-good movements as well as intentional time before or after your workout to spend time practicing gratitude. There will also be some holiday workouts in the challenge!

Our Gratitude Challenge 2019 is a 42 day program for intermediate students.

The plan focuses on Fat Burning, Flexibility, Sculpting and Weight Loss.
