Total Body Tone 8


This is an intense, intermediate total body toner! You will need a light set of hand weights and a mat. If you feel your form is failing drop off your weights and continue without them. This workout requires some balance.

Cardio Barre 3


This is an intense lower body cardio workout using classic barre moves! All you need is water and something to hold onto for balance. You can go barefoot if you prefer or wear shoes with a flexible sole if you are working out on a hard floor.
