Total Body Barre 1


This is a total body workout based on classic barre moves to lift, tone and challenge you from head to toe. You will need a light set of hand weights, a mat or something to workout on, something to hold onto for balance and water.

Quads and Booty Target


You'll need a mat for this quick workout. SBF ball and weights are optional. (Knee Dancing and Foldover on Floor). I am sore from this five minute routine! Listen to your body and use a mirror for form checks esp on Knee Dancing! No Warmup.
