Active Stretch

This is an active stretch target. This is an advanced level, intense routine so don't expect a relaxation stretch. :) I will give you modifications, but it does require balance. You will need a mat to workout on. Have fun!

Neutral Spine Stretch

By request, this stretch is designed to be more of a hip hinge stretch to keep the spine completely neutral. You will need a box, sturdy pillows, step or staircase for this one. Place that beside your support. Listen to your body!
