Lower Body BC Class


This group class is a mid level barre boot camp workout where you will see lots of levels and corrections. You need water, a mat, and something sturdy to hold onto. Enjoy shaking!

Knee Dancing Target


This is an all knee (quad) dancing target accompanied by Run DMC and Jason Nevins. Suzanne gives modifications for knee dancing with Parallel. You must be warm. You will need a mat or something sturdy to hold onto.
