Gentle Quick HIIT
This is a beginner / Intermediate hiit workout to elevate the heart rate and burn fat. I offer little to no impact modifications so this is great it you have knee pain or difficulty doing high impact. You will need a mat and water.
Thigh Reset Target
Quick thigh workout that ultimately needs a warmup before beginning. Embrace the burn and get low with this target that ALWAYS resets my mind and attitude. You'll need something stable and possibly a mat. :)
Booty Blast Reset Target
This quick back thigh and glute WO is designed to fit into any schedule, to be an add-on, or to reset your intention/mood through your day! Warm up for one minute (walk, knee lifts). Equipment needed is mat and optional hand weight or SBF ball. Paris not included. ;)
Lower Reset Stretch
Five minute basic lower body stretch to do after a workout or when you need to reset your mood. Make sure you're warm before beginning. You'll need something stable to hold onto. Listen to your body and don't overstretch. :)
