Have fun and #shaketochange (On the second side of Standing Split Hold, you can hold a couple seconds longer as I didn't quite do an 8 count… Should be fine either way). xo

Advanced Quick HIIT

This is an advanced hiit workout to raise the heart rate and burn fat. This workout has higher impact and a quick pace so it is not for the beginner. You will need a mat, light weights and water.

Advanced Abdominals

This is an advanced core workout with minimal set up so if you are just beginning you may want to start with a different core workout. You will need a mat or something to workout on for this video.
