This is mainly an upper body workout but I do incorporate the legs so if you are sore from a lower body workout you may want to choose a different target. You will need a set of light hand weights.

Thigh Reset Target

Quick thigh workout that ultimately needs a warmup before beginning. Embrace the burn and get low with this target that ALWAYS resets my mind and attitude. You'll need something stable and possibly a mat. :)

Bridge Target

Short bridge target to hit the glutes and hamstrings. No warmup and all you need is a mat. If you want to make it harder, you can gently hold weights (3-5s) at your hip bones. Enjoy!
