TTT Cardio Torch


Cardio portion of the Tighten, Tone, and Torch DVD. There is a short and light warmup so make sure you move lightly to start if this is your first or only workout of the day. You'll need a mat if you add the Abs Bonus at the end. Also, have water! Prepare to see me struggle!



This is an intermediate lower body barre workout. I do offer quite a bit of set up in this workout so even if you are just beginning this is a great workout for you! All you will need is something to hold onto for balance. Let's shake to change!
