This total body workout focuses on the upper body and legs with combination moves. You will need a mat and set of hand weights. If you are more advanced you may want to have a couple different sets to add in the extra challenge. Focus on form!

This workout is a compound, total body, balancing barre workout. You will need a mat, a set of light weights and water. This workout is intermediate but I do offer some modifications at the beginning.
