This is a challenging workout designed to work your arms, waist, abs and lower back. I do offer modifications and set up if you are a beginner and want to give this workout a try! You will need a mat for this workout.

Get a set of 1’s to 5’s and get sculpting in BarreAmped Boot Camp’s light weight work. All Levels!! No Warmup so be sure to add one of the warmups or add this to another workout.

BarreAmped Boot Camp Stretch


All you need is a mat and to be warm to utilize this full body stretch. Do not hesitate to have something to hold onto if you feel unstable.
