Cardio portion of the Tighten, Tone, and Torch DVD. There is a short and light warmup so make sure you move lightly to start if this is your first or only workout of the day. You'll need a mat if you add the Abs Bonus at the end. Also, have water! Prepare to see me struggle!

TTT Lower Body Lean

Prepare to shake and burn in this toning and shaping lower body barre-inspired workout. Kick it up with optional addition of 2-5 pound weights as shown. You may need something for balance and please do a warmup prior to beginning. :)

TTT Stretch

End each day's workout with this aligned stretching routine which will help bring mobility to the joints and de-stress. Don't skip this! You will need something for balance and a mat.
