Bounce Workout focusing on upper body using elevated pushups, elevated planks, and inclined pull-ups. I only can recommend this on tramps with JS handles bc they can carry/hold bodyweight. Excuse my sick voice here! ;) I love this workout!!!

This workout requires a rebounder with handlebar. I am using a JumpSport 44" 570 Pro. You will want to make sure you are careful on any rebounder but I only know that the JS models have handlebars that allow body weight. So if you aren't sure, make certain to use caution. Most handles are only for balance. xo
