Advanced Lower Barre


This workout is an advanced target for the lower body. There is not a lot of set up before the exercises in this video so you need to know your form. You will need a mat and something to hold onto for balance.

This target is for the abs and lower back! All you need for this workout is a mat to workout on. This is a beginner / intermediate workout. :)

BarreAmped Arms


This 7 minute arm workout is presented by Lori Winter, the Certification Director for my Barre Instructor Training method BarreAmped®. It’s similar to what you would experience in a studio BarreAmped® class. 1-2 pound weights are used in this segment. You always have to option to drop to a lighter set of weights or use no weights at all.
