TTT Cardio Torch

Cardio portion of the Tighten, Tone, and Torch DVD. There is a short and light warmup so make sure you move lightly to start if this is your first or only workout of the day. You'll need a mat if you add the Abs Bonus at the end. Also, have water! Prepare to see me struggle!
Upper Thigh

This is a upper back thigh target. You will need a mat and if you are up for the challenge you can also add in a weight so keep it close just in case! ;)
