This is a target workout that will hit the thighs in all directions! All you need is something sturdy to hold onto for balance. This is a faster paced workout so if you are just beginning you may want to start with a different target.

Killer Abs

This is an intermediate / advanced abs target. It is a little more intense so listen to your body and be aware of your neck and head. I never want you to strain there. Make sure you warm up before this workout as there is not a formal warmup in this segment.

BarreAmped Arms

This 7 minute arm workout is presented by Lori Winter, the Certification Director for my Barre Instructor Training method BarreAmped®. It’s similar to what you would experience in a studio BarreAmped® class. 1-2 pound weights are used in this segment. You always have to option to drop to a lighter set of weights or use no weights at all.
