This is an intermediate total body target! This is not for the beginner because it does require quite a bit of balance within compound moves. You will need a set of light weights, water and a mat to workout on.

This total body target workout is done completely on the mat and is a little more advanced so listen to your form and if you feel yourself straining drop down and listen for my modifications. You will need a mat to workout on.
