This total body barre workout will have you shaking and changing! You will need a mat to workout on, something sturdy to hold onto for balance and a light set of hand weights. If you are advanced and looking for an extra challenge you may want to have a heavier set of weights an a lighter set so you can work with both. :) #shakeit
