This target workout will hit the upper glutes with mat work. All you need for this workout is a mat and some mind body connection! Enjoy the challenge. :)

Active Stretch

This is an active stretch target. This is an advanced level, intense routine so don't expect a relaxation stretch. :) I will give you modifications, but it does require balance. You will need a mat to workout on. Have fun!
