Upper Body 2
This workout will sculpt the upper body! You will need a mat, stretching band and hand weights. If you are more advanced you may want to have a heavier set of hand weights and a lighter set for the extra challenge. Form is key so if you feel your body straining or losing form drop down in weights. The better form you have the better results you will have! :)
