TTT Cardio Torch
Cardio portion of the Tighten, Tone, and Torch DVD. There is a short and light warmup so make sure you move lightly to start if this is your first or only workout of the day. You'll need a mat if you add the Abs Bonus at the end. Also, have water! Prepare to see me struggle!
Tabata
This is a fast paced tabata style barre workout. You will need water, a mat to stretch on at the end and something to hold onto for balance. There is impact but I do offer modifications if you are a beginner. This workout will rev up your metabolism.
